Dear Beth ~

I just wanted to say “Thank You” for such an enlightening and interesting workshop you presented at Rochester Works this week! It has certainly given me a different perspective on what button pushing is all about…..it is me! : ) Though somewhere deep inside one really knows this, unless the concept is examined and presented so you can honestly look at your triggers and what you do to yourself, it may never occur to you! I thoroughly enjoyed the exercise and left there feeling empowered to be the one in control not only in a working environment but in life!
