		<description>I think you&#039;ve made some good points here.  the only one I take exception to is the last one.  i think our employees should in fact expect &quot;perfection&quot; when coming to Human Resources...especially when it involves something sensitive enough to impact their sense of connection with the workplace.  expecting and achieving are two entirely different things.  not sure we should set the bar, though, at less than perfect.  thx</description>
