Lynn Dessert started her executive career coaching and consulting business in 2001 after a 17-year career in human resources and line management.
Since beginning her own businesses, Lynn has successfully delivered high quality solutions to the hospital/medical administration, higher education, financial services, pharmaceuticals, biotech, high technology, chemical, professional services, technical services and manufacturing industries. She has also developed and delivered programs worldwide on the subjects of Leadership Development and Behavioral Sales Training.

As a personal coach, Lynn helps executives face and overcome career derailing traits, enabling them to move into company cultures that support their strengths. Lynn received her BA degree in Social Work from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and continued her education in an accelerated graduate program at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, earning an MBA in Management Concentration.
