You never know where your next job lead or tip might come from – a job board, list server or a career and workplace blog. One of the benefits of connecting with other human resources or job experts is uncovering a wealth of information.

Sometimes all the information gets overwhelming. So, take it in stride, get a cup of coffee and work through the list slowly or pick something that makes sense.

Some of these services may have a membership fee for the job hunter or company – as with any decision weigh the benefits and investment costs because it might be the right decision.

If you have a great place that should be added to the list, drop me a line!

Lynn:

Thanks for the shout-out! I am oh so appreciative! You consistently add incredible value to the many folks who read your work! I will be adding you to my blogroll as well!

FYI, there is one resource that you might want to consider adding. It covers the full spectrum of job search advice for any level: http://www.job-hunt.org. It is an award winning site and Susan Joyce has pulled together amazing experts and resources.

Hannah – Thank you for the great suggestion – it’s on the list!

Hi Lynn,

In addition to the sites included in the ‘Career Search Engines’ category, you may want to consider adding http://linkup.com. As an aggregator site it pulls in postings from company websites and not just from the big job boards (like simply Hired and Indeed).

Kathleen – Another great addition! Thank you.
