She has also developed and delivered programs worldwide on the subjects of Leadership Development and Behavioral Sales Training.

Lynn received her BA degree in Social Work from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, and continued her education in an accelerated graduate program at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, earning an MBA in Management Concentration.
